A Flexible Solution for Welding Fume Extraction

General Information

Our different nozzle designs will accommodate your every need. For example, we can provide you with a small round nozzle to fit anywhere, a wider linear nozzle to work on a table, or even a self-supported flexible nozzle when you can’t position it right next to the welding point. Our welding fume extraction nozzles are sturdy yet easy to move, thanks to our industrial-grade magnets or suction cups. In addition, we offer a wide range of flexible hoses to provide you with the best solution for your working environment.

Recommended Applications

MIG – TIG – Flux-Cored – Stick – Aluminum

When a fume extraction MIG gun is not an option and you need the flexibility an extraction arm can’t provide. We offer a variety of extraction nozzles for a welding fumes-free environment, especially for work in confined spaces. This solution can work with any welding process for short welds (less than 12″ long). A nozzle, a flexible hose, and a portable HV103 will probably be the cheapest solution to eliminate welding fumes efficiently.
